INSPIRATION SESSIONS FOR TEACHERS

2026 sees the launch of the Emotion Works Teachers CPD Pathway with a new programme of live twilight sessions for teachers at different points in their own EW journey. 

Delivered by Claire Murray with inspiring examples from teachers across the EW Community, the sessions are designed to deliver a quick burst of inspiration and information at just the right time for you.

  • Stepping up to Silver Level

  • Be in charge of your own CPD journey to build your Emotion Works teaching capacity & confidence
  • Be shown exactly ‘what you need and where to find it’ for the level of training and teaching you’re at personally
  • Be brought up to speed if you’ve recently joined a school who are further along their Emotion Works journey than you are
  • Ask questions about getting started in your own classroom, school, setting or context.

Getting Started with Bronze Basics

These quick half hour live welcome sessions are perfect for individual Teachers who are new to Emotion Works, staff teams who are all starting on a Bronze School Award or for teachers who have used Emotion Works before but would like to be brought up to speed with our new programmes, training opportunities & the CPD pathway.

What we’ll cover  

  • Examples of BRONZE Primary Classroom delivery across each stage of the Primary age range.
  • The Criteria you need to be able to refer to yourself as a ‘Bronze Level’ Teacher
  • Additional seasonal ideas to add in to your classroom delivery at this time of year.
  • (If attending as a staff group – some suggestions for follow up collegiate activities to get everyone on board and focused on working together on your Bronze School Award)

GETTING STARTED WITH
BRONZE BASICS

Stepping Up to Silver

This quick half hour live session is for Class teachers who have introduced the Cog Model to their class using Bronze Level teaching experiences, and are now ready to move on to SILVER Level Training and Class Teaching.

What we’ll cover  

  • Examples of Primary Classroom delivery across each stage of the Primary School / Programme.
  • The Criteria you need to be able to refer to yourself as a ‘Silver Level’ Teacher
  • Additional seasonal  ideas to add in to your classroom delivery at this time of year.
  • (If attending as a staff group – some suggestions for follow up collegiate activities to get everyone on board and focused on working together on your Silver School Award)
