Nursery & ELC Training Series: SPRING DATES

Our 3-part Training Series for Early Years Practitioners will be running on the following dates as Tuesday twilights during the Spring term.

Session 1: 12 March, 3:45-5pm THE FOUNDATIONS OF EMOTIONAL LEARNING
Session 2: 23 April, 3:45-5pm LANGUAGE & TALKING
Session 3: 14 May, 3:45-5pm STORIES & SONGS

Training will be delivered by Claire Murray, programme creator, with examples of Emotion Works in Early Years settings from around the Emotion Works Community.

Training Outcomes

By the end of this training series, attendees will…

Have a good understanding of what is involved in delivering the ‘Emotion Works Foundations’ Programme
Be familiar with the content & navigation of the Emotion Works Early Learning Launchpad
Know what Emotion Works practice looks like in an Early Learning Setting
Have a bank of learning activities to try linked to language & talking, stories & songs
Have started their own Practitioner Journey through the Bronze & Silver aspects of our Early Learning Setting Award

Audience

Emotion Works Leads in School Nurseries and ELCs
Early Years Practitioners
ASN practitioners working with pupils at the Early Learning level of developing Foundation Language with Symbol Supports
